We do SARFAESI works to all nationalized banks, NBFC, Housing Finance and ARCS. We do services such as Cash/DD collection as recoveries from NPA accounts, Repossessions of movable / hypothecated assets, safe custody & conducting auctions for sale. In case of SARFAESI accounts, we handle 13(2) demand notice preparations, 13(4) possession executions for movable & immovable properties, preparing panchanama/inventory of the property, Enforcement of security, insurance arrangement, issuing notices to the borrower/guarantor, payment follow up by way of compromise/settlement, valuation arrangement, organizing for sale notice to the borrower/guarantor and to the public vide paper advertisement, Identifying bidders & outright sale of secured assets/business, receipts of sale proceeds, facilitating the issue of sale certificate and all other necessary formalities.
We coordinate with clients Law Department and their empanelled advocates/courts for obtaining CJM order for physical possessions and executing the same with the support of Advocate Commissioner and the respective area Police station. We also execute warrants for the Sec 138 cases. We also do skip tracing, identify unencumbered/alternate non-mortgaged assets & their Survey No’s of borrowers/guarantors and original documents check with Register office.
