CALL CENTRE SET UP & CUSTOMER RESOLUTION SERVICES

We have our own call center set up for our client requirements and resolve customer’s queries through telephone and services which can help to resolve customer queries for their delinquent base with delayed payment due date from 30 days to 90 days. They are also referring accounts to field for establish contacts which are part of non-contactable (NC)/skip accounts.
We also have field set up to resolve delinquent base with delayed payment due date from 90 days to 120 days which is completely serviced by field executives. We have also given target on each portfolio which is tracked and monitored by their agency managers.
