FIELD COLLECTIONS
We allocate 50 ACR (Accounts collectors ratio) per field executive for the month and we will update daily visit feedback by daily collection report. Daily calls report will be uploaded in to system module which is installed by bank. We can also review trails on account level which can monitored on daily /weekly /monthly basis. We do maintain daily /weekly/monthly tracker which can view our complete collection productivity.
