PAYMENT PICK UP
In credit cards, we have been referred accounts for pickup to field as per our location which has divided in 14 areas. We will also do 12 to 20 payment pick-ups per day/per executives.
In home loans, we have been allocated to collect pdc’s and ECS for 0 to 30 days delayed payment due accounts
In personal loans, we have been doing collections on bounced cheque payments as pick up payment as mentioned above
We also enhance contacts for those cases, which have been moved as skip portfolio where the customer has not been contactable for given address, telephone number on the application form.
