We coordinate with clients Legal Department and their empanelled advocates for the Sec 138 warrants cases. Post receipt of the warrants, we follow up with the Commissioner of Police for the necessary endorsement and then with the respective area Police stations for the execution of the warrant. With this tool, we push the customer for the loan settlement and boost up the collections. Following up, for the court / DRT related cases towards the recovery of overdues.
